The flat deck makes it a breeze to load and unload bulk loads with a fork lift making it a valuable addition to any operation. In keeping with the COMPASS traditions of strength and durability, this trailer is fitted as standard with a 19mm thick ply deck and closely spaced high tensile SHS crossmembers designed to take the knocks day after day. Same design as our proven 4.8m flatdeck, but a European 4 wheel braking system is installed with the relevant NZTA exemption for this weight class. This braking system gives unbelievably smooth and powerful braking performance, with no reliance on the trailer plug connection to operate the brakes and absolutely no need for in-cab brake controllers. Simply hook up and tow with complete confidence- if you haven't tried one of these it's a must before you purchase your next trailer!
